Miracle Professional Baseball and Wendy's are teaming up to form a winning double play. Wendy's has acquired tickets to the Miracle's home opener on Friday, April 9, and will distribute them at no cost to customers.
Fans can stop by any of the 19 Wendy's locations in the two-county area and pick up a free general admission ticket (while supplies last) to see the Miracle take on the Bradenton Marauders at Hammond Stadium.
"This is one of the biggest nights of the season for us and we are excited once again to partner with all Lee and Collier Wendy's locations," said Miracle General Manager Steve Gliner.
Tickets can be upgraded to a box seat for only $2. Ticket upgrades at the Miracle Hammond Stadium offices began Monday, April 5.
The gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and first pitch is slated for 7:05 p.m. The first fireworks show of the season will take place after the game.
Tickets for all 70 home dates are available for purchase in person at Hammond Stadium or by phone between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Fans also may purchase tickets on-line at www.miraclebaseball.com. The Miracle's on-line ticket system will allow fans the ability to select their exact seat location for each game and print tickets at home.
Ticket prices for 2010 are as follows: $8.50 for Box seats ($9.50 for Fireworks), $6.50 for General Admission ($7.50 for Fireworks).
