Rick said the Nauti Turtle's menu will offer moderately-priced foods, from appetizers to sandwiches, salads, seafood specials and signature dishes from around the country's best waterfront restaurants with casual dining.

He explains a bit about the restaurant's name.

"The word 'Nauti' comes from 'Nautical.' We simply dropped the 'cal,'" Rick said. "This will be a play on words, which the Turtle Club's (in Texas) ancient order of Turtles bases its slogan, 'Are you a Turtle?'"

The Nauti Turtle is going through major renovations, contains a full bar and plans to offers specials regularly.

Applicants to the career fair should bring a complete resume, dress appropriately and be prepared for a career interview.
