General manager of the Yucatan Beach Stand since the business first opened its doors on Fort Myers Beach nearly four years ago, Stepehen DeAngelis recently turned in his resignation to the company. As he states:
"It has been my pleasure to work for the Kolar family for the past 3.5 years. I'd like to thank the residents of Fort Myers Beach, all of our patrons, all of my colleagues, and all of the local business professionals for whom I've worked with during this time.
"Due to personal reasons, I have decided to pursue other career opportunities in the immediate area. I am confident in the success in the Yucatan Beach Stand under its current management and wish them the best of luck in the future.
"During my time at The Yucatan, I have had the pleasure of experiencing many great acts of kindness during the several benefits held for local causes, and would like to personally thank all of those who have helped support these entities and for allowing us to make our community a better place to live. I'm sure the current management will continue to support these great organizations.
"It is my intention to remain involved in the beach community, as well as the several great local committees that I am a part of.
"Once again, thank you very much for all of the great times there. Stay tuned. There's more to come."
