Cape Coral police to team with Chick-fil-A for Kids Safety Expo

September 27, 2012
Fort Myers Beach Bulletin, Fort Myers Beach Observer

Cape Coral Police will partner with Chick-fil-A this Saturday, Sept. 29, a kids safety expo.

Cape Coral police officers will be at the Chick-fil-A restaurant at 1790 NE Pine Island Road from 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

Along with officers, McGruff the Crime Dog will be on hand to meet children. Parents will have the opportunity to have their children fingerprinted using the Ident-A-Kid child identification program.

This free event is a great way for children and police officers to interact on a positive level, organizers said.
