February 8, 2013
Fort Myers Beach Bulletin, Fort Myers Beach Observer

Tuesday, February 12, 2013, Overnight - 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Lee County, FL - Beginning Tuesday evening, Feb. 12, at 8 p.m., crews will be offloading and installing a prefabricated pedestrian bridge crossing Cow Slough parallel to Summlerin Road between Pine Ridge Road and Bass Road.

The two outside southbound lanes of Summerlin Road will need to be closed in the vicinity of Cow Slough in order to stage equipment to do the work. Summerlin Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic in the southbound direction overnight while this work is underway. All northbound lanes will remain open but drivers in both directions should use caution through the work zone.
