To the editor:

The Lee County Sheriff's Office and its event partners would like to thank all of the volunteers who participated in this years event and made it a year to remember.??We would like to personally thank Marc Sullivan and Sheila Turregano of Legacy Harbor Hotel and Suites who made a substantial donation in the amount of $500 dollars to Special Olympics Florida.

This generous donation along with many others brought our total to $4,155.90 this year.

As a reminder, please join us at the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run benefiting Special Olympics Florida, taking place on April 25, starting out at Headquarters on Six Mile Cypress Parkway ending up at the Big Lots in North Fort Myers on U. S. 41 and Pondella Road. The fun starts at 7 a.m.
